Is it possible I didn’t O?

It looks like I ovulated, I had all the signs of ovulation. However, I always start my new cycle at 12 DPO (I take Femara and it’s helped make my cycles regular).

I should have started yesterday and nothing. Almost 2 days late. I’m 13dpo, and I’ve only had horrible cramps. I feel like I’m on AF but nothing.

Tested today and BFN.

I swear I saw some super light pink spotting yesterday morning at 12 dpo but it was early and maybe I saw wrong? Haven’t had any spotting since.
