Has anyone tried seed cycling for hormone regulation? Does it work? Thanks!(:

I did it for a short time like 40 days. It takes like 100 days for anything to really take effect for hormonal regulation.
 I'd suggest reading It Starts with The Egg and Taking Charge of Your Fertility. They recommend different supplements that may help.

It was amazing I was at my wits end and praying for a solution to my extremely heavy cycle, which was making me anemic, light headed and unable to go out on heavy days. My doctor offered me nothing but birth control, which is out of the question, as we believe that to be against God's Will, as we are convicted to let God plan our family and also regard chemical bc to be against pro life ethics. 
However I was at a home schooling conference, that I nearly didn't go to and randomly a older lady I did not know came up and spoke to me. God had put it on her heart to share with me about how certain diet changes can improve, health and fertility! So I took her advice, including eating more greens, cutting out sugar, another lady there joined in the conversation and told me about sead cycling and vixex. 
My health has been so much better. I am so thankful that God provided for me in this way. Our diet has improved further due to my husbands making diet changes too. 
I'm still not pregnant but have a more regular, lighter cycle, more energy to care for my family and recovered physically better from my most recent misscarage compared to the others.
