Has anyone had bleeding like a period during a UTI?

If you have been following my s*** show of urinal health experiences I’ve had this past month You know I had a uti on the 14th of October, it didn’t go away and went on antibiotics, and then it didn’t go away again and I went on more antibiotics today. Today I got a pelvic exam, a ct scan, and blood work done. I also got a new set of antibiotics. However I am bleeding (not crazy heavy but heavy enough to need to wear a pad.) on this uti. Should I be concerned? They said if my symptoms worsen to head to the emergency room but I was just in urgent care this morning. I feel pretty ok right now (the burning is not present as of right now (fingers crossed and prayers it stays that way) but now I have this bleeding that I am worried about. To make it more f***** up my period is due Wednesday so any doctor is just going to blame it on that, however this is not my period because this is not how my period is. Any opinions?
