Just found out I have hsv2, my SO doesn’t have it as far as the test says. We’ve been together for 2 years and only used condoms in the beginning. Never cheated, so I’m guessing it’s just been dormant. Anyways.. have any of you not passed it on to your partner even after years? Did you take any extra steps like suppressant therapy or were you just avoiding sex during outbreaks? He really doesn’t want to use condoms but I still would feel guilty about giving it to him lol
