Clogged milk ducts
So..I’ve been feeling lumps in my breast when they get even a bit too full and are very painful and tender to the touch! I’ve tried nursing baby as much as I can then pumping but still there later! I’ve tried massages while feeding and while in a hot shower! They don’t go away! Any tips!?! I have an app this week so I will speak to my doc but any tips in the mean time will be greatly appreciated
