Lactational amenorrhea

Last night my SO and I had sex for the first time at 12 weeks pp. Stupidly we didn’t use protection and he did finish inside of me. Of course my mind goes to google and I came across something called Lactational amenorrhea. I exclusively pump but I haven’t had my period yet. About two weeks ago I did experience some slight cramping and had a few blood drop when I went to use the bathroom but nothing last that. According to an article I read it says that when you have Lactational amenorrhea there’s about a 2% chance of pregnancy. Really I just wanted to know if anyone else out there was in or has been in the same boat where you have gotten pregnant not long after giving birth with out having a period. Honestly just curious more than freaking out even though I should be.

S.N I don’t need any judgement on how stupid it was please. After not having sex for the last 6 months I think we both just got overly excited.
