Can you miscarry and not bleed?

Last Wednesday I got a faint positive and I been testing since then . Some are negative and some have faint lines but not getting darker . Dr can’t see me until November 10 . Can you miscarry without bleeding ??

Yes, you can have a “missed miscarriage” where it isn’t viable but you don’t have miscarriage symptoms yet. You can wait it out or go get blood drawn two days apart to see if your levels are doubling or not.

What kind of tests are you getting faint lines on? Can you post them?

No, you can't miscarry without bleeding. A missed miscarriage is a thing that can happen but your body would still think you're pregnant, hence the "missed" part. 
Maybe post pictures of your tests. It's possible you had some faulty tests or evap lines or something.

If the tests aren’t getting darker maybe you’re getting indents or evaps? 
If its a true positive it will get darker. 
If you’re pregnant and miscarry early (chemical) you’ll bleed pretty soon after a negative 
I’m thinking maybe your faint lines aren’t and positive?
