Should I celebrate birthdays?

My baby girl would have been 1 this month👼🏼👼🏼. I feel somewhat guilty for being currently pregnant w/ hopefully my rainbow. 
I’m not sure if I’m supposed to do something to celebrate what would have been her life or what? 
Any suggestions....

I just say little happy birthday prayer for ours we have an angel build a bear wearing a necklace with the due date birthstone I give it hug say happy birthday

I think it depends on what feels right to you. We lost our son at 3 months old to a congenital heart defect and my biggest fear is him being forgotten or left out. We carved him a pumpkin, he has a Christmas stocking and ornaments and an Easter basket and I will be planning something to honor his bday in March. I also take his monthly photos like I did for his brother with his quilt.

I definitely want to celebrate what would have been my son first birthday. I hope to be able to have our loved ones get together and write on paper light lanterns and then let them up into the sky at night. Any birthday after that may just be with the ones in our household small and intimate.
