Baby wipes which ones are the best?

So I’m very new at the mom thing and I need to know the brand of a good baby wipe! The current one I’m using seems to be hurting my little ones bum... she’s almost 3 months old.
AND also my husband told me that there are different wipes for new borns then there are for older babies I don’t believe him. But is he right?

Costco wipes for sure!

I wash his bum after every poo in the sink. Haven't had the rash problem. I use wipes only when I am out from home. Then I have pampers pure wipes. I think they were mostly water based.

We like Pampers, Rascal and friends and Kirkland wipes from Costco. We hate huggies wipes - they always rip and are small and we find they stick to babys butt and are just hard to wipe with

I usually used Huggies or Pampers unless she had a horrible rash. Then I used Waterwipes briefly.

My favorite is up and up from target, the purple or light green ones (sensitive), 2nd favorite is kirkland. We have sensitivity issues as well. But fyi it can also be the diaper causing the sensitivity, then when you go to wipe it burns because it was already sensitive due to the diaper.

Any unscented sensitive wipes are good. I went through a bunch of expensive brands with my 1st because new mom and all lol but now with my 2nd I use Target Brand Sensitive and they work just as fine and save my wallet.

We use Huggies Natural and buy them in bulk from Amazon. Sometimes we use Pampers Sensitive if we’re just picking up a travel pack. Our son is 2.5 and we didn’t change his wipe as he got older.

Anything with no fragrance and mostly water  worked for us. He didn't break out in the ones with scent but I thought I'd go with the simplest ones. I use huggies and Sam's Club brand (both unscented and 99% water)
