High-risk & Hopeful

I am considered extremely high-risk due to age, PCOS and a nutrient deficiency from Gastric Bypass. We've had one previous pregnancy that I lost around 7 weeks, so my husband is trying not to get his hopes up (which I get but is also annoying) whereas I am trying to remain completely hopeful. I am about 4 weeks 5 days and in order to make sure I was progressing my OBGYN had my HCG levels checked over a 48 hour period. They were hoping for the numbers to double, and we just got the news that they tripled 952 to 2946!!! My HCG levels this time around are actually 1000 m[iu]/ML higher than when I was 6 weeks during my first pregnancy that we lost. I go in for an ultrasound on Tuesday and I am excited and nervous. This post is mainly just to have a place to express how I am feeling but also to ask for prayers and positive vibes!!
