Has anyone found out they were pregnant late due to negative tests?

Have any of you experienced something similar to this? I’ve never missed a period before and I’ve never been more than a few days late. I’m currently 11 days late. I know this for certain because I keep track on an app. I took a test today in the afternoon which was negative. I’m not anymore stressed than usual. Nothing else different. I’m just so confused because I’ve never experienced this before. 🤯🤯🤯

When trying for my second I didn’t get a + till 5 weeks. I tested twice a day from what I thought was 10dpo until what would have been 5 weeks pregnant. When I finally got that + I figured I ovulated late and started counting that as 4 weeks pregnant. (I have very irregular cycles so it was impossible for me to know when AF was supposed to be due). When I went for my first ultrasound it confirmed I was a week ahead and that I would have been 5 weeks the day I tested positive just as I’d originally thought.

Yes.
I experienced this before many many years ago. I was late for approximately 3 weeks before I even had a faint positive but I was as pregnant as I knew. Meaning the faint line confirmed pregnancy and not how far along I was.
I was roughly 8 weeks before my tests turned positive both at home and with my OBGYN at that time.
