The egg could still be burrowing deeper. The color looks pretty brownish so I wouldn't worry too much at this point but definitely put in a panty liner to keep track of the amount of blood and if it turns bright red or increases in volume give your OB a call.

Some bleeding could be normal, but because of the amount and color i would reach out to your OB for sure! Try to stay calm and we’re sending all the prayers and good vibes your way!
