Being induced vs natural labor?

My dr is giving me the option to be induced on week 39 or I can wait to go into labor naturally. My first pregnancy I went into labor naturally. Can anyone tell me what their thoughts/opinions are on the two? What induction is like, and what the cons are?

I like the idea of being induced since I’m 40 mins from the hospital, have twins under the age of 2, and my husband works out of town. I’m a planner. But also like the idea of going through the experience of my body doing it naturally especially since this may be my last pregnancy.
