Should I worry about this?

So I am 40 weeks today and having a lot of pain on and off. Yesterday I did have a cervix check so when I had some spotting I didn't think much. I also got sent to labor and delivery for a non stress test the other day, due to less fetal movement and her heart rate dipping low. I didn't think much of my spotting this morning but now this is coming out. I have been having bad back pain since 3 am, which has stopped then started again along with cramps.

I can't really tell if this looks slightly green or not.

I'd call and ask but I'm scared they will send me to labor and delivery and it be nothing, and I live 45 minutes away.
