Low sperm 1 million- pregnant naturally?

Has anyone had male factor infertility and gotten pregnant naturally? My husband has been taking Fertilaid for almost 1 year with no success. We are going to try doing IVF in January but am curious if anyone has had luck on their own

No but came to say low sperm count as the only fertility issue makes you an excellent IVF candidate! With ICSI fertilization, the fertility issue is eliminated and you would be at the high end of success estimates for IVF. 
We are male factor, 1-5mil post wash and low motility. Tried for 2 years and 2 failed IUIs followed by a successful fresh IVF transfer who is almost 4 months old. Good luck!

Try a product called Prelox. It's what our doctor recommended... Didn't do much for us but in our case the problem is more with me.

Firstly, it could happen. My husband and I are under specialists as he has a congential condition. He has a semen test and his results were less than 1 million per mil. They told us based on these results, they were unable to complete the rest of the test and called it primary subfertility. His consultant changed his medication and requested another sample 5 months later. His results changed to more than 7.5 million per mil which is still low but much better than it was. My consultant advised him to take prenatal vitamins. He has been taking conceive plus motility and fertility capsules for a few months now. I'm in my tww at the moment and praying for our turn! 
You could try looking at alternative vitamins or tablets to see if it might help. Unfortunately, it is my husband that has the fertility issues but I am taking folic acid and vitamins each day also. Anything to give the best chances right. Xx

I’m assuming because your doing ivf in January that you’re already working with a specialist. Did he see a urologist? 
Miracles do happen, but we did ivf icsi to have our son. My husbands count was 9 mil then 3 mil so we were not candidates for iui. Urologist diagnosed him with variccoles and offered surgery. He also prescribed him clomid (25 mg x2 week for 12 weeks). Was that offered? My understanding was that fertiliaid is like amazon right? Did a specialist tell him to take that ?

My husbands lowest count was 2 million and we have been able to conceive three babies naturally. FertileAid definitely helped his count improve.
