Opinions based on my symptoms?

Side note: I have a doctors appointment scheduled for Tuesday for bloods and I'll know the result in around 2 weeks after that, so in the meantime I'm just curious on what you all think. These are my symptoms

~pimples around jaw line

~slow hair growth

~thin brittle hair that gets greasy quick

~no motivation

~can't lose weight no matter what I do

~occasional low mood

~the odd strand of facial hair on chin and under chin but nothing noticeable for other to see
