Safety locks for doors

I have a couple hurdles trying to find the right safety locks for our doors. 1. is that I like my 2 yo to be able to open the doors when he is supervised, it’s good practice to reinforce he needs to ask & it really fills his power box to do it himself. I mostly use the safety locks for at night just in case he were to get up & not wake us (just a peace of mind thing). 2. A few of our doors have large glass windows which make installing most traditional locks impossible.

At our last house we used deadbolt safety locks that worked really well, because I just didn’t lock the deadbolt during the day, but they won’t install on our current doors. We have 2 doors like the one pictured below & I door with a round knob & no deadbolt. Another option could be installing something on his door that I could lock from the outside when we go to sleep & unlock when I wake in the morning.
