So when I went into labor with my daughter I got really intense sharp pain in my rectum area when I was sitting down just minding my own business. I know so damn well what lightning crotch is and this this wasn’t it. This was a way more intense stabbing pain and pressure and it wasn’t a jolt it would last for several seconds intensifying until it was over. It stopped me in my tracks way harder than any lightning crotch has.

I’m feeling it again tonight. Hoping that means labor is super near and the pain was definitely related to labor before and therefore it is now. Anyone experience this during labor? 😂
