Blood clot day 5 post partum

I didn’t pass many blood clots after birth but this just came out of me this morning. Yesterday I did the most activity I’ve done since birth including carrying the baby carrier. I was also constipated and went this morning maybe giving more room internally for this to come out? Did I just over do it or do I need to go to the hospital? Quarter beside for size comparison
