Diaper recommendations

My daughter is 18 months old, since she was two months old we have been using Luvs diapers. She has bad reaction to huggies, pampers. luvs have been the only ones that have been the best. Well as of the past month she has been getting fierce diaper rashes. I use several different types of butt paste, niastatin, she now has prescribed cortizone that we apply underneath pinkxave or boudarie butt paste. I use washcloth not wipes. Could it be the diapers? They have never given her a rash before but maybe cause she older? My only option is to try soemthing less chemically? Maybe Hello Bello or Honest Diapers? I hate trying new diapers especially since Luvs have always worked but I don’t know what else to do
