Poop rash
My 19 month old is pooping 5 times a day and now has a bad rash. I've tried destin and butt cream. I've done wash cloths with water instead of wipes. I've let her air out. Nothing is working. Any other tip to help the rash?
Also, any idea why she is pooping so much and what I should add to her diet to maybe help her get a more solid, less frequent poop?
