I'm craving Mexican sooo bad, but my local resturant is closed due to AC issues. (It's still 80+ degrees here)
I made stirfry instead but it was meh.
What are yall having?

If you have energy to cook, this taco casserole is delicious 😋 I topped it with fresh cherry tomatoes and cilantro. Haven’t had energy to cook unfortunately in a few weeks, so I haven’t made it in a while, but it’s seriously so tasty.
