What age did you own your own house?

I was just curious, I start the process of clearing land for my house next year. We’re building on family land. I’ll be around 25 when we have our house if everything goes to plan! 
This isn’t ment to be offensive and I’m sorry if your age isn’t in the poll. I know some people own their house earlier or even later. 
And that’s fine! I was just curious around about.

Regional matters here. Even starter homes are now close to $400k+ where I live. Not many could afford that young, maybe a condo to start

I was 20 when we bought our house. We made the offer when we were 19.

I was 20, my husband was 21. Signed on our 1 year wedding anniversary! We had neighbors come over to introduce themselves and they asked to speak to our parents 😂

I just bought a condo at 22 over the summer. I have no desire for a huge house, 1100 feet is plenty for me fiance and I and 2 guinea pigs and we aren't going to have kids. This is honestly probably going to be our home forever unless my grandpa's house goes up for sale I'll buy it. 
But I love my condo, it's perfect and we'll be able to pay it off very quickly, it was only 60k and has a new kitchen too! It doesn't even need any work. My house doesn't matter as much to me, I'd rather have this humble house and have more money for nice vacations every year.
