So I am supposed to be 3 weeks into pregnancy or well getting a positive pregnancy test after my last period I've been having lower back pains and I went in to have an ultrasound done. They didn't see anything at all not even my wall thickening which I thought can be happening at this moment. She did look at my right ovary and saw a black circle that's empty basically. Am I out here? I'm testing and even tested positive up until this morning. Can anyone help me out here has this happened I know it's early but I'm so scared I miscarry again..thanks in advanced
