I'm a new mom and I posted this in my July mom group but got no response. Okay for about week now my girl has been tossing and turning in her sleep at night and won't take naps in the day again. She was sleeping about 4-5 hours but back up every 2 hours at least now. She's not crying just tossing and turning and she pulls at her hair and sometimes her ears. I started giving her a warm bottle at bedtime after her bath/wash off which is about 7-7:30. She gets teething medicine too. Sometimes I do still give her my boob through the night but it doesn't help neither does her pacifier help her stay sleep. My baby girl will be 4 months on the 9th. I've tried different sounds and music and stuff while she sleeps. Could something be wrong with her like an ear infection or something? What are some tips on getting her to sleep in the day time as well? She has an appointment on Tuesday for her 4 month checkup and shots.
