Diaper bag or backpack for 2 kids??

I have a 2 year old and will have a newborn in February, and I have searched and searched for the perfect bag, but I’m so indecisive. Should I get a diaper bag to put both of their stuff in or get a back pack??

Back pack is my go to for sure. Jansport is the best to me. I do have a bag called CoolBELL and I like it a lot. But my jansport is used more

This is the one we have and it’s great! It comes with like 2 changing mats and attachment straps for a stroller 😊
