Anyone feel like this on Zoloft

I never ever miss my doses with Zoloft because someone lowkey scared me telling me about how the withdrawals can be brutal. But I’ve been sick recently, i have covid and my stomach has been wicked to me recently. I have missed two doses.

I woke up today feeling like I wanted to scream, feeling like something was extremely wrong and I was extremely uncomfortable until i remembered the Zoloft and took it. I don’t know if that was just anxiety or an actual side affect of missing doses? Even though I took it, I still don’t feel right. It has nothing to do with covid, it’s all emotional and mental.

On a scale of 1-10 of being sick, I think I’m at a 4 just because of extreme stomach pain.
