Anyone have PCOS?

I was just diagnosed with PCOS. I was so overwhelmed at my appointment that I couldn’t think of any questions to ask. Now that I’ve researched it, I’m just wondering how many of you ladies out there have it and have had healthy pregnancies? Any advice or input would be great. I know it’s a common thing, but it breaks my heart that I have it.

I have it. I was diagnosed about 2 years ago. I went an entire year with no pregnancy despite not trying to prevent it. Four months straight of that year, I didn’t have a period. I was put on birth control for a year, to try and regulate my periods. I have just recently my come off the birth control, and have had one period that was still considered irregular. I am not sure what the next step in this journey is, but hopefully soon I will be able to make an appointment with a specialist in PCOS and figure out what is going to help me. It is scary, and it is heartbreaking. But I would recommend you try to locate a specialist near you as well and see if you can gather up a list of questions for them and make an appointment. Wish I had more helpful information to offer, but I’m uncertain about it, too. Best of luck.

One of my ovaries is polycystic. My gyno suggested me myo inositol supplements. I'm not ttc because I'm young. But I have symptoms like acne and lots of body and face hair but my period is normal. Also. My hormones are bit off

Yep have it, diagnosed around 15 years old. Had my first child at 31 (by IUI, my periods are very irregular). Now, pregnant 4 years later with my second (happened naturally)
