Dad didn't pay childcare, now he's mad at me??

Question

So my dad is obliged to pay child care/support for me. But last 6 months he didn't pay it. So my mom went to lawyer and they wrote him something I don't know how it's called. And he got the letter from the lawyer and he got mad at me and tried to contact and text me(he didn't text or call me 8 months prior not even ask how are you) and he got mad at ME??? he refuses to talk to my mom but text me like I'm the GUILTY one and he's the one that didn't pay childcare when he's legally obliged.
Next he text me and blackmail me and say how can I do that and that his other child will suffer because of us?!
I study college and my mom pays for everything for me, since corona I have to have online classes and i needed to buy a laptop for them and he didn't even ask if I needed something. 
I was tired of me being the first one to text him always and just stopped and he never texted or called me.
Advice?
Btw I want to add that my life doesn't depend on his money. Its not a big value and anyway I have my own saved money.

My “dad” has always been this way too! The best thing you can do is cut him off! It took me a long time to learn this. I have no contact with him at all and honestly it has made my life so much easier. Let him be mad he’s the one missing out not you! I now have 4 kids and guess who is missing out on being a grandparent. He still gets mad at me but it’s not our job to make sure we have a relationship with our parents it’s theirs.

My dad has back child support. My mom got money when he paid his bail a few times. And he tried to file for me to be emancipated. To this day I never met him. Now at the age 23 my mom is getting checks from him because the court took away his license because he wasn’t paying his child support.

I’m so sorry hunny. My dad never paid his child support. When I turned 16 my mom and I just gave up and took him off because by that time I had my own money. To this day we don’t have a good relationship because of how selfish he was towards my sister and me. 
He has no right to be mad at you. He needs to man tf up and take care of his responsibilities. Let the courts deal with him.
