I dont know how I did this but today at church I was reaching for two vitamins in my bag that are in similar packaging of my birth control... I reached in blindly being assured that I was taking my vitamin but tonight when it was time to take my birth control I realized today during the day I actually took 2 birth control pills. I freaking messed up. I didnt know what to do so I took my regular pill as scheduled. So I’ve probably had 3 pills today lol. Anyways, did I do the right thing? What are the negative effects of having accidently taken those pills? And now, can I ask my doctor for a new pack? I have a spare pack I can use for the month but I will need an extra for next month. zugh this is so annoying!
