I went to the er yesterday with what they called a threatened miscarriage. I should've been 7 weeks. The scan showed nothing. My hcg was 140. They said I was either super early, having a miscarriage, or possible ectopic (again, nothing was seen on the scan, but ectopic couldn't be ruled out). I have to get my levels checked again tomorrow but I already know what they're going to say. I hope I'm wrong. But I've been cramping and bleeding with some clots for more than 24 hours. I've never had a miscarriage before but I'm sure this is one. Trying to be realistic and not give myself false hope, but if anyone has had any similar experience that resulted in a healthy baby I would love to hear it.
