Clogged milk ducts
Anyone having problems with clogged milk ducts? I’ve had SIX already and my twins are only 3 weeks old. The lactation consultant has me taking sunflower lecithin and vitamin c, but they don’t seem to be helping yet. They hurt SO bad until i get them unclogged.
