I don't use powder on my babies, I have 4 kids and this is the best nappy ointment I've ever come across, gets rid of nappy rash pretty much overnight and also good for mamas *down there* after giving birth if you've grazed your flaps lmao after pushing baby out, this cream honestly works wonders lol!

I don’t use baby powder, just this.  I’ve had to use many barrier creams at my job and this one is the one that I’ve found works the quickest/best.

I use this with almost every diaper change, no rashes

This is my go-to for prevention on long car rides or when my son was sick or had diarrhea, but generally I didn’t use anything for normal diaper changes. For healing bad diaper rashes I used Boudreauxs butt paste (max strength in the red tube).
