EP symptoms ??

Almost 6 months pp with no period return, EBF still

I have been having a lot of discharge the past few days (not an indicator of pregnancy, I know) but I’m also having nipple tenderness & a heavy feeling in my uterus. Doesn’t feel like cramps but like someone put a 1/2lb weight on my pelvis.

Took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative.

Husband and I are not preventing pregnancy, so it’s possible.

Anyone else experienced something similar? Were you pregnant? Did you end up starting your period soon? Is it just a postpartum hormonal shift?
