Should I go to the ER

So I have had horrible vomiting since the beginning of my pregnancy and I recently went to my doc and got nausea medicine this is my second pregnancy and this one feels awful from the first one I can’t eat or drink and after I take the nausea medicine I still gag and throw up eventually I was so dehydrated my first appointment I couldn’t get my blood drawn so they said wait til my next appointment and try again well now when I vomit it’s plain chunky food no water and it hurts in my stomach while I vomited I also get black specks in my eyes from vomiting so hard idk if I should go to the ER or wait til my next visit December 4th I’m currently 9 weeks and it doesn’t seem to be getting easier
