ince my ectopic pregnancy in august, my menstrual cycle has continued as normal on its expected "normal" days. My period was supposed to start on the 7th, and has yet to come with none of my typical tall-tale signs. All pregnancy tests have come back as negative, however I'm experiencing some nausea/acid reflux, mild mild lower abdominal tenderness, a pulsation in my upper abdomen much like a heart beat but a lot faster and sporadic/not in sync, and some back pain. My doctor just says to keep taking tests weekly until I receive a positive or my period. Has anyone else experienced this before? I’m just.. lost on what’s happening?
