3rd nipple?

Does this look like a 3rd nipple or just a mark? She’s had it since birth

My almost 3 year old has a third nipple, Hospital never said anything to me about it when she was born but her pediatrician noticed it at her first appointment and took me by surprise. It did in-fact look just like this, placement and everything when she was younger, it hasn’t changed much since she’s gotten older but i do remember it looked like this when she still had that little compacted body baby weight 😂

Could totally be a 3rd nipple! They aren't that uncommon and usually appear along the nipple line below other nipples. It's also the same color as baby's nipple. 3rd nipples run in my family. My aunt, dad, and sister have them. No one would even notice unless they pointed it out. Just looks like a mole really, but up reaaaally close you can see its a tiny nipple. My aunts did grow a little puffy though and she ended up getting it removed. My sisters is totally flat though.

She does have another mark that looks just like this on knee
