IUD pregnancy??

I really suspect I somehow got pregnant with a copper IUD. I have extremely sensitive nipples and have just recently started vomiting and am extra sleepy. I have a son who is 8 months old and this feels very firmiliar. It could be pms, my period is 5 days away. Waiting to see if I get my period then I'll take a test if not. That said I can't image pms is causing this bc it's not like any pms I've had before. I know it's extremely rare, but has anyone gotten pregnant with an IUD; If so and If you wanted to keep the baby was the baby healthy? What were the dangers for you or the baby? Cause Google is scaring me right now. Thank you!
