Suggestions on what to do?!

So I’m more of a stay at home mom, but work evenings(5-9) at a local grocery store in their customer service department. This was my first job when I turned 16. The reason I went back is because I needed some time out of the house and because I knew they worked very well with peoples schedules. This was only going to be temporary, because I wanted to start up my own in home daycare because there is a huge shortage in my area.

My cousin asked me months ago if I would be able to watch her newborn baby. I of course said yes. We agreed on a weekly payment of $125. As recently just had her baby so I will be watching him by the beginning of the year!

The local grocery store has recently talked to be about becoming an assistant office manager.

I’m open to this because I enjoy working with the public and it’s basically my social time since im at home all day.

So I guess I need some advice on what to do?! Should I ask if the assistant on pays more?
