Dumb question about garlic and pregnancy
I googled it but couldn’t find a straight answer. I know garlic is safe and beneficial during pregnancy but how much is too much? I really love to peel some garlic cloves and throw them in my roast or when cooking veggies and I then eat the whole clove of garlic after it’s cooked (don’t judge lol I love it so much). I could literally eat 4-5 cloves of garlic in one sitting with my food (like the slow roasted garlic cloves in a roast)
