EBF mamas! When do you find time to pump?!

My daughter is 4 weeks old and I’ve been using my haakaa but that only gets me a couple ounces a day. My toddler is 20 months and takes a lot of my time/I want to play with him when she’s sleeping soooo

When do you pump? I want to have some

Milk available in a few months and start a stash but anytime I try to pump (usually when my toddler naps) my daughter will want to nurse or she refuses to sleep while I pump. I’ve tried pumping while playing or reading to my son and he only wants to pull on my stuff
