Please help

I know this isn’t about periods or being pregnant. But I would really like some advice. Me and my friend both took a enhancement pill. And then later on drank alcohol. Some people have no side affects with that. But I started spotting and I’ve been off my period for a few days. I had sex last month 3 days before I ovulated. But I had my period after. So I don’t think it’s anything to do with being pregnant. If you have any advice or know what I should do please let me know.
