Before I explain, I have a doctor's appointment Wednesday just as an annual check up. But the office is closed today so I can't really do anything about it.

So about a month/month and a half ago my s/o and I had sex and I was extremely sore after it like it physically hurt and thats sometimes normal for me but it was worse. But it didn't go away after a few days and I figured it was because we never gave it a chance to be okay because well we kept having sex for like 2 weeks straight. The pain kind of went away after but it still hurt down there when I'm wiping after going to the bathroom. I looked and I touched and nothing looks or seems different. So I figured maybe I pulled a muscle or something but the doctor can check it out better because I had a routine check up scheduled. But TODAY IDK WHAT HAPPENED OR WHAT'S DIFFERENT BUT IT IS PHYSICALLY HURTING SO BADLY!!!! I tried looking up home remedies but it just keeps telling me to ice it or apply heat and that isn't really helping. I checked down there again and there's still nothing I can see or feel. I haven't had sex in almost a month because I wanted it to kind of heal bc it hurt like a bitch.

Does anyone have any other advice I could try besides ice and heat???? I just need something to take the edge off until I see my doctor in 3 days😭😭

I tried taking midol thinking it might be weird bad cramps since I start my period In a few days but it hasn't worked yet
