Brown discharge

Hi. I had spotting (brown sticky mucus) 3 days after my boyfriend and I tried to have sex. I am a virgin btw. We were not able to do it because it was too painful. And I am now 40+ days late. I have PCOS too. Currently taking BCP (pill) started on Nov. 2.
