Should I respond to this?

This guy I was dating had visited me. I was excited to see him and planned fun things for us to do. He was just on his phone during dates and while we were just laying in bed. And then when I was taking pictures of him I accidentally swiped up and saw his most recent app while on our date was Hinge (dating app). I honestly felt so disrespected in that moment. I confronted him and he said he pressed it by accident and Dating apps are a way for him to make friends. He apologized for being on the phone while on the date when i said something to him but then sneaked to peak at his instagram when I wasn’t looking. He apologized for how disconnected he was but gave excuses as to why he was... I just don’t know if I should respond to this or not.
