I went vegan!
I’ve been vegan for about 4 days. It’s crazy I’ve already noticed some changes. Mostly good except I always feel like I’m going to POOP myself. I’m sure that’s just because I added more fiber or whatever. My questions are what supplements do I need to take? Will I feel like pooping myself forever? What are some other changes you made that helped with the transition to being vegan? With the holidays coming up maybe some awesome vegan recipes so I can shock my family with how cool I am.
I have always wanted to be vegan. I cry everyone I pass those animal haul semis. This is definitely what I want to do. Plus a lot of research. I’m just wanting personal stories on how you all handled the transition. I’m nervous but so excited for the life style change.
