I’d love to switch over the thing is a lot of people say they’ve lost a ton of weight I’m actually not trying to lose weight I want to gain (be curvy & toned) how should I meal prep for it what helps build good fat & muscle so I can have a curvy shape but also be healthy!

I’m only 19 I have a daughter I’d love to start our healthy journey together I have stomach fat more than anything I want to have a curvy look & get a bigger butt Ik I can get it I just don’t know what to do or how I should eat to activate those glutes.
