My baby is eating right now about 3oz.. but always still seems hungry for more & has hard fists. 
We do 3oz water & 1  1/2 scoop of formula..

My pediatrician said newborns should be eating 2 - 2.5 times their body weight a day. My LO is 8 weeks and eating roughly 25 to 30 oz a day right now. If he still acts hungry after a bottle I’ll give him an ounce at a time, sometimes it’s just that he wants a tiny bit more to be satisfied.

3-5 ounces is normal at this age. If he’s crying for more I’d definitely offer 4 ounces at every feed and see if he takes it.
