Spotting after successful transfer

Hi Ladies! I hope everyone is doing well. I am still hanging around these groups to get support if that is ok. I had my first FET on 10/20 and it was successful. I am 6+4 weeks and I have been spotting light pink since about 2 days after transfer. Then I considered implantation but now I am just worried. It will come and go. Sometimes I have a full day or two of nothing then it comes back. Only lasts for maybe 30 min to an hour and is never enough to fill pad or liner. Primarily just when I wipe. I had my ultrasound last week and he is measuring right on track and we got to see and hear the heartbeat. It gave me so much reassurance but when the spotting comes I get sad again. My RE nurse told me it is very common with IVF pregnancies to have this and as long as it is not bright red or filling a pad not to worry. So I am hoping if there are some ladies here who have had successful IVF pregnancies in the past or present can give me some hope. Has anyone had this and had a healthy pregnancy??
