Am I in labor ?

I’m 36 weeks and 5 days and have been feeling horrible vaginal pressure and what almost feels like ripping in my vagina . I’ve had much more watery discharge and idk if I’m in labor or not. Help 😭

It doesn't sound like labor/contractions, it sounds like "lightening crotch".

I am also 36 weeks and 5 days and have been getting this too! I don’t think it’s labor, I think it’s just the baby pressing down. I know your pain 😭

I felt like that the morning I went into labor. Just awful pressure down there all day long & then contractions started at 9pm, gave birth 7 hours later. 
Could be something!

Could be Braxton Hicks contractions too. I’d call your doctor
